Wondering where to start? We tapped Victoria's Secret Sims Angel Sasha Cruz while she shot for the Swim 2013 catalogue for advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle this summer. Here's what she told us:

1. Keep Moving: "Even if you don't have time to go to the gym, take 15 or 20 minutes out of your day and go outside for a walk," she advised.

2. Exercise Whenever You Can: "Get a jump rope and jump inside your house for five minutes. Or, if you're watching TV, start doing squats. It's better than nothing!"

3. Stay Hydrated: "I love coconut water, it's a Brazilian thing. I pick some up at Whole Foods all of the time."
